Working from their barn studio near the market town of Castle Cary in Somerset, Jessie de Salis and her cousin Alice Jacoby design and make screen printed textiles alive with vibrant colour and joyful energy.
Screen printing is a deliberate process, which requires each colour to be applied individually. Jessie embraces this–creating bright and bold patterns that lend themselves beautifully to the technique.

Sourcing her own inks and fabrics, Jessie pays keen attention to where her materials come from and what goes into her pieces. Working mostly with linens sourced within Europe, the quality and traceability of materials is integral to Jessie’s designs.
With an infectious enthusiasm for art and the creative process, Jessie and Alice infuse their work with a vibrancy that breathes life into every pattern. Crisp, clean screen-printed lines intertwine with subtle imperfections, lending each fabric a distinct and unique character.
