The coffee shop and bakery at the end of the road, perfect fresh bread and croissants. The Cafe and shops on Picton Street are just great, go find Licata's, Italian family deli and shop. The amazing restaurants of Chandos road, all the local pubs and bars too. As I write this I'm realizing just how much I will miss this special home."
The home
A beautifully finished mews house with loads of natural light, a sense of space and stylish vibe throughout. The front door opens onto a really practical porch, wall storage for 2 bikes and all the gas and electrical equipment in a utility cupboard, plus its ideal for coats and boots. The inner door opens onto a fab living area with direct sight lines front to back that create an open feel that shifts throughout the day. With engineered oak flooring, column radiators, a great shape for both lounge and dining areas and bi-fold doors, it's the perfect space to chill out or host guests in comfort. Sydenham Road is a quiet residential road that runs North/South through the Eastern fringe of Cotham . Close to Cheltenham and Gloucester Road, this house has some of Bristol’s best independent cafes and restaurants on its doorstep, including The Bullrush, The Crafty Egg, Bianchi’s Italian, and Caper and Cure. The flat is also a short walk from popular pubs including The Kingsdown Vaults, The Gallimaufry and The Canteen - which hosts regular live music nights. The home also sits within walking distance to Cotham Hill and Whiteladies Road. Well connected, Springfield Road is a short walk or cycle into Bristol city centre. Buses run frequently along the A38, taking you further up Gloucester Road or down to South Bristol. Local train services are easily accessed by Montpelier/Redland stations, which will also get you to Bristol Temple Meads and beyond.
