"We have loved calling Luckwell Road home, and it is going to be hard to leave. The location offers everything from the vibrant independent shops, bakeries, and cafes along North Street, to the green spaces of Ashton Court and Leigh Woods. The climbing centre and cafe opposite have a great community feel, and gave us endless fun in the evenings and weekends.
We spent lockdown here, so got the know the place intimately! The sunny garden was a welcome escape during those summers. The house offers great views of the Avon Gorge and the Clifton Suspension Bridge from the new loft conversion and a generous, sunny garden. It’s been a great home set in a friendly, well-connected neighbourhood, and we hope the next owners enjoy living here just as much as we have."
The home
A four bedroom mid terrace house with off street parking and a large rear garden. The house has an open plan living room/dining room which leads to a good sized galley kitchen at the rear and a conservatory which leads to the garden. Upstairs are three bedrooms (two double and a single) on the first floor and the loft has been converted in a fab master bedroom with views of the suspension bridge and a modern ensuite shower room.

This house is within easy reach of all the amenities of North Street, including The Tobacco Factory, the popular Souk Kitchen, and Spotted Cow, as well as highly regarded cafés such as Sweven, Burra, and Peggys Coffee.
Heading further north, crossing the river from Southville, you're less than fifteen minutes from all that Bristol City Centre has to offer.
