"We’ve loved living in Southville. North Street is just around the corner, with so many great cafés, restaurants and pubs, and we often pop down to Wapping Wharf for a coffee or head over to Ashton Court for a walk. The house has loads of character and the kitchen extension is really the heart of the home, where everyone naturally comes together. It’s been a great first family home and somewhere we’ve really loved living."
The home

Living in Southville
Kingston is a quiet residential street in Southville. The house lies close to North Street, a hub for local independents, restaurants, and shops, including Michelin recommended COR and OTHER, coffee shops Sweven and Burra, and The Tobacco Factory - a café, bar, and theatre that hosts a bustling Sunday market.
A short stroll across Gaol Ferry Bridge (10 minutes) will take you to Wapping Wharf - a vibrant foodie destination set on the edge of Bristol’s historic harbourside. Serving from converted cargo containers, you’ll find top Bristol indies including Gambas, Cargo Cantina, Lapin, Ragu and Swoon Gelato, as well as Elevate Yoga Studio, Hue Hair and Beauty, and Anna Cake Couture. The city centre is a further 15 minutes on foot.
Several parks are within easy reach of Kingsto Road with Greville Smyth Park a 15 minute walk away and the sprawling Ashton Court Estate a further 20 minutes beyond - an expansive 850 acres of wood and grassland that is home to the annual Bristol Balloon Fiesta.
Bristol Temple Meads is a 10 minute drive or 30 minute walk away and offers direct services to Bath Spa (11 minutes) and London Paddington (1 hour 35 minutes). For local connections, the city centre is a short walk or cycle ride, and bus routes run regularly from North Street.
